BrightStores Newsletter February 2011

Wow, it's February already! It has been quite busy at BrightStores since returning from the PPAI Expo. We had a great show and want to thank all of you who stopped by.  We are certainly feeling the excitement of the new year, as many of you are kicking off new company store programs with your clients.  We continue to lead the way in offering the most advanced, feature-rich, user friendly, and flexible system in the industry. This allows for you and your clients' to have a great Company Store experience.

New Features:

There are numerous exciting things going on at BrightStores right now. Every month we add new functionally and features to our already robust system. Recently we added Logo Management, Easy Store Designer, and Group Id Validation.

• Logo Management is an exciting new feature and one that is absolutely needed in our industry. This feature allows you to assign logos to user groups, categories, as well as to specific products. With this feature, you don't have to offer every logo for every product! This is available in all stores.
• Our Easy Store Designer is included in every store and allows you to custom design your store with your client's exact colors, easily upload their logo, choose your fonts and more. You can build and preview your store all on one screen! Click here to learn more.
• The Group Id Validation allows you to set up a store so that upon registering, a user is required to enter a valid group id. This will place that user into a specific user group. This is very useful if you are using Permissions, where you may assign limited access to certain categories of products, logos and/or payment methods.

Coming Soon:

We are currently working on a Custom Report Builder that will add even MORE functionality and flexibility to your Company Store Manager. The report builder will allow you to build and design custom Order Reports that display and include only the order data that YOU want. It will give you the power and control to extract and generate reports the way you want and when you need it. Look for this exciting system enhancement in the near future!

In the Spotlight:

In each of our newsletters, we want to highlight a specific example of how BrightStores is helping YOU, the distributor, easily launch successful company store programs. Recently we helped launch a large rewards program to several hundred users for a client's anniversary store. Our client was easily able to set up the rewards store to allow for only 1 item per user. They accomplished this with a Points Store by assigning a point balance to users through an easy file upload. This functionality is standard in our system.
