As your Company Stores experts, we are constantly reinvesting into upgrades and enhancements in our technology and our system so that your experience, as well as your client’s experience remains easy, efficient and enjoyable!

We want to share some of our most recent system updates with you as well as plans for future enhancements.

RECENT UPDATES:

• We have added the ability to handle commodity codes, which are typically required in a Punch-out Integration with systems such as Ariba, SAP and Oracle.
• We deployed changes to our system to support our new “Reseller Program,” which we are launching in October.
• We have included an enhancement to how our Gift Certificate summary displays during checkout and in the email confirmation.

COMING SOON:

• We will be deploying numerous changes to our future Supply Chain Management System.  Watch for updates about how this exciting new program will allow you to successfully create your purchase orders and automatically deliver them to your suppliers!
• We are reorganizing the Feature section of the “edit” tab.  You’ll find that it will be even more user friendly and easier to manage.
• Have you noticed a new “HELP” button on your Control Panel?  We will be launching our new Bright Stores On Demand Training Tutorials in the next few months.  With the click of a button, you’ll be able to view helpful, brief, instructional videos on each page of our Control Panel.   Our goal is to make the process of Administering our stores even SIMPLER!  Keep checking this HELP button for updates!

PARTNER UPDATES:

You might be aware that Authorize.Net, one of our partners, will be updating their system in early October.  Essentially, they are expanding the range of Transaction IDs issues by the payment gateway.   This ID is the payment gateway-generated number used to uniquely identify each transaction you submit for processing.  We want to assure you that we have updated our system to accommodate these changes, and therefore your integration should not be impacted.
